Dakota Johnson, MD

Dr. Dakota Johnson is a board-certified family medicine physician. He was born and raised in Kinder and is a graduate of Kinder High School, McNeese State University, LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, and the LSUHSC Family Medicine Residency in Lake Charles. 

Dr. Johnson now serves his community as a family medicine physician at The Kinder Clinic. He chose family medicine because he values long-term relationships with patients of all ages, and he’s proud to serve those patients in the region he calls home.

He and his wife have a dog, a cat, four ducks and four quail – with more to come! 

Fun fact: Dr. Johnson is a second-generation "fixer" – his family owns Keys Appliance!
